By using this website or placing an order with Seaside Fresh Lobster & Seafood Ltd., you agree to these terms.

Prices and payment

• All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
• Prices on this website are estimates. We confirm your final total, including any taxes and delivery fees, when we reply to your order.
• A 50% down payment is due when you place your order. The balance is paid at pickup.

Availability and orders

Our seafood is seasonal and stock changes often. We may refuse or cancel any order, including when a product is not available or when a price or description on this website is wrong. If we cancel, we refund your down payment.

Product information

We work to keep product descriptions and photos accurate. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. If you have a severe allergy, please check labels carefully and ask us before ordering.

Liability

We are not responsible for losses caused by website downtime, errors, or content from other websites. This does not limit our responsibility for the safety of the food we sell, or any other responsibility that the law does not allow us to limit.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Brunswick and the federal laws of Canada that apply. Any dispute falls under the courts of New Brunswick.
